Q: There already are anonymizers, what's new with HYDEme?
A: First of all, you don't enter your URL in a website which redirects you (mostly in a frame) and the whole thing lags. You also don't connect over other HYDEme users, which would mean, that you also have to share your bandwidth. We've got high bandwidth servers doing all the connections and all connections are fast and stable. Second, you've got a client running in the background, starting with windows (If you want it to). So if HYDEme is once installed, you can work like you always do!
Q: Why is HYDEme free?
A: Because that's the only way the system works safe! If we would charge a fee, you'd have to register, which would mean, that we'd have to differentiate between user A, B, C, ... and so on. That way you wouldn't be anonymous anymore because of the billing process!
Q: Why is it safe?
A: Every HYDEme client connects with the same login and password over a secure SSH tunnel. We don't know who connects and we don't want to! Just download and install the HYDEme client. You don't have to register or leave any of your personal data.
